The new BodyWision update improves core areas of the app: Health Coach Chat, the health record, and the processing of medical documents. The focus is on more flexible input, deliberate analysis choices, and more robust handling of extensive health data.

Use photos directly in Health Coach Chat
Health Coach Chat can now include photos as well as text questions. Users can take a new image with the camera or select an existing one. This makes it easier to add visible information to a question, such as a skin change or an area that is difficult to describe in words.
The Health Coach can help structure observations and prepare possible next steps. It provides orientation and does not replace a medical examination.
A clearer health record
The health record has also been redesigned. Its structure is clearer, medical files are easier to find, and a dedicated document area creates more order. A compact grid view makes it easier to keep an overview when many files have already been stored.
This helps turn the health record from a simple archive into a more reliable foundation for medical appointments, tracking changes over time, and answering personal health questions.
Three options for new documents
When adding a new document, users can now choose what should happen next:
This is particularly useful for larger archives. An older medical letter can be stored first and analysed only when it becomes relevant. Once successfully started, document analysis can also continue in the background after the app is closed.
- Store only: The file is stored securely without starting an analysis.
- Quick analysis: The most important information is summarised concisely.
- Full analysis: The document is examined in more detail and placed in the context of the personal health record.
More robust handling of large files and originals
Large PDF files are divided into suitable sections and analysed step by step, making the process more reliable. The handling of original files has also been strengthened, and ZIP files are now supported.
Depending on the selected storage and backup route, files can be transferred flexibly between local storage and cloud storage. The aim remains to keep personal health information secure, traceable, and under the user’s control.
A more consistent medical context
Health Coach Chat, document questions, appointment planning, and action plans now use the personal medical context more consistently. Especially for extensive health records, this should make it easier to include relevant information efficiently and explain connections clearly.
Many improvements behind the scenes
The update also includes numerous refinements to file transfer between phone and desktop, backup and restore, synchronisation and app start, health profile sharing, medical appointments, and account recovery and protection.
