Account and Data Deletion for BodyWision

You can request deletion of your BodyWision account and associated data at any time by email.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@bodywision.com with the subject line "Delete account". If available, include your BodyWision user ID or the email address or username connected to your account. This helps us clearly identify your account.

Data we delete

  • your BodyWision account
  • server-side account and login data
  • server-side profile and app data
  • cloud sync and backup data, where it is associated with your account

Data we may retain for legal or technical reasons

  • legally required records, such as billing, tax, or compliance data
  • strongly aggregated or anonymized technical data that can no longer be linked to a person
  • encrypted data in technical backups, which may remain for technical reasons for up to three months and is then deleted or overwritten as part of the usual backup cycles

Local data on your device

You can additionally remove local data on your device by deleting the data in the app or removing the app from your device.
